About Me

Originally from the UK, I spent a number of years travelling the world in the Cruise industry. Working for a 5* cruise line taught me some valuable lessons about the importance of customer service and how to prioritize a client's needs. I have always had a strong work ethic and pride myself on adapting to changes quickly which is extremely beneficial in the ever changing Real Estate market.

After our worldly travels, my partner and I settled in Port Alberni in 2006. We immediately fell in love with everything the valley has to offer and although both of our families are very far away in Ontario and the UK, we didn't hesitate to make Port Alberni our permanent home. We feel so blessed to be raising our daughter Nylah in such a beautiful city, and I'm so excited to help clients and families find their forever homes in this stunning place too. With its amazing location, you're only a little more than an hour away from bigger Island cities, the beautiful West Coast beaches and local ski hills. It really does have the best of everything.

As an investor in investment and long term rental properties myself, I have  good eye for finding properties that will bring you a good return, as well as helping you find that perfect forever home. I understand every client has a different need and want and I'll always adapt and change my approach and communications with each individual client as needed, so that you feel well served and respected during the whole process. When listing a property with me I can assure you that you'll be kept well informed throughout the process and I will always be open, honest and transparent. I will use different marketing strategies depending on the property being offered so that each listing is offered in its best light and as its best use, and I will do everything I can to get that sale for you. 

When not in the office and working my Real Estate dream, I can be found teaching dance (another passion of mine!) a couple of nights per week at a local studio. I also love spending time enjoying these beautiful outdoors with my family and our pets, and you'll often see us in the local trails hiking or biking, as well as enjoying our local restaurants, waterfronts and community events. I love to give back to this community who has given so much to me and am always open to talking about local volunteering and sponsorship opportunities.
